All orders are processed within 7 business days after the confirmation of payment in case of online payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to provide flexibility based on your needs. The shipping rates are determined by the weight of your package and the destination.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
We offer domestic shipping within the United Arab Emirates. Standard shipping typically takes 2 working days after the order is ready and picked up by the courier company, while expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.
We are delighted to serve customers internationally. International shipping is available to limited countries. Please note that additional shipment clearance charges, customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these charges. International shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you for an updated address. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact shipping times. Global Gems Club is not liable for any such delays but will work to address any issues within our control promptly.
