Our priority at Global Gems Club is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We currently do not offer exchanges. In the event that a replacement item is needed, we kindly request you to initiate a return request by following the process outlined below and place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that the decision to entertain a return request is at our sole discretion. For a refund to be eligible, the original order must have been delivered to us using a traceable freight service.

You may return a product and receive a full refund if the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned unworn.
• The product is in its original condition.
• The product tag remains attached.

3. Upon confirmation from us, ship the product within 7 days from the date of our confirmation email.
